Not much can be said about “Justin”. Not that he’s boring. It’s a government thing. Once Snowden entered Russia, “Justin” knew his days were numbered. Unless he could change his identity, his patterns, his life! Too valuable to be killed, and too important to be allowed to leave, “Justin” now stays under the radar with his head down. And guiding a literary tour is the most public contact his handlers will allow.
